Who We Serve
We provide housing and supportive services to adults aged 55 and older, including those experiencing life transitions, veterans, and individuals living on fixed incomes. Our mission is to create a welcoming community for seniors and vulnerable populations who need safe, affordable housing.
What We Provide
Our facility offers furnished shared and private rooms with all utilities included, ensuring residents have access to comfortable, fully-supported living spaces. We maintain a safe, alcohol and drug-free environment and provide onsite laundry facilities. Most importantly, we foster a supportive community where residents can build meaningful connections and receive the assistance they need.
Requirements
To be eligible for residency, applicants must demonstrate stable, verifiable income, provide a valid form of identification, and be able to function independently. All residents are expected to follow property rules and guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful community for everyone.
Payment Options
We accept a variety of payment methods to make our services accessible, including SSI/SSDI benefits, private pay, VA disability benefits, and third-party payments on behalf of residents.
